My terrible online shopping experience compelled me to share this, primarily as a cautionary tale. My online order for a watch was a complete disaster. The watch arrived scratched, and trying to initiate a return online has been incredibly frustrating with confusing forms and no clear contact information. This is not the quality or service I expect.
